Your data rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us about the personal data we hold about you.
What you can ask for
- Access: a summary of the personal data we hold and who we shared it with.
- Correction or update of wrong or incomplete data.
- Erasure: deletion of your data, except what the law makes us keep (for example GST invoices are kept for 8 years).
- Nomination: someone who can use these rights for you in case of death or incapacity.
- Grievance: a complaint about how we handle your data. If you are not satisfied with our reply you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
- Withdraw consent for analytics cookies any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
We reply within 90 days. To protect you, we confirm the request came from you, usually by email to the address you give, or by asking for your order number.
