A visionary leader, social worker, and former Mayor and MLA of Raipur, Shri Jain has devoted his life to agricultural development and socio-economic progress.

He is the Chairman of the Mahanadi Education Society, established in 1994, which operates the RITEE Group of Institutes comprising eight colleges. He also serves as the Chairman of The Raipur Urban Mercantile Cooperative Bank.

Shri Shaillendra Jain has expanded ABLR into multiple domains, including Adithya Seeds, ABARD (R&D unit), Adithya Aroma, Adithya Fiber and The Mango Tree Nursery.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and an MBA from Pace University, USA. He has been the Secretary of Mahanadi Education Society since 1994, overseeing the RITEE Group of Institutes and DDU-GKY projects, and is a Director of The Raipur Urban Mercantile Cooperative Bank.

Mr Suhail Khan plays a key role in steering the company's marketing and outreach strategies. His leadership is focused on expanding the brand's presence and building strong industry connections.
